As Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions Group, De'Porres leads an extended organization of (70) business and technology professionals for Microsoft Mid-Atlantic. Microsoft Mid-Atlantic is a $550 million business unit that helps large enterprises evaluate and implement Microsoft-based technology solutions. The mission of his organization is to help Microsoft's customers deliver superior results through innovative, cost-effective use of technology.

De'Porres joined Microsoft in 1997 as a Senior Consultant working in Microsoft's Services Division where he led several high-profile e-business projects. Since that time, he has held several leadership positions in both Microsoft headquarters and Microsoft field operations. This includes working in Microsoft's product development group, where he was a Group Program Manager responsible for designing and shipping enterprise software solutions to Microsoft customers worldwide. De'Porres is also a noted speaker having represented Microsoft at major industry conferences in the U.S. and abroad.
