Jane Hoffer most recently was the president and chief executive officer of Prescient Applied Intelligence (Nasdaq: PPID). She was responsible for directing the long-term vision of the company and its commitment to remaining a competitive force in a rapidly changing marketplace. Hoffer drove the strategic direction for Prescient’s comprehensive solutions that enabled retail trading partners to align planning and execution with changing market needs through improved demand visibility, collaboration and advanced commerce. In January 2009, Prescient was sold to Park City Group (Nasdaq: PCYG) and Hoffer has exited the business. She is currently working on the development of another start-up company.
