Michael is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Practitioner currently based in Richmond, Virginia. He is available worldwide to teach both private and public classes. In addition to mentoring and coaching agile teams on a regular basis, Michael speaks at conferences and maintains a website and blog with free comic strips located at www.implementingscrum.com. He has been in the IT industry for the past nineteen years. He is co-author of a book on the Enterprise Unified Process (2005) which addresses working with enterprise teams across an organization.
